Shipping and Returns Policy
If your goods are lost or damaged in transit by the courier or postal service then let us know immediately and we will endevour to reclaim the full cost of the goods and shipping cost fron the courier and re-send you replacement goods asap.
If the goods are not what you require then you may return the goods at your own expense for a full refund, providing you have not unwrapped any new equipment such as label printers and bar code scanners.
The company guarantees all goods to be free from defects. If goods are found to be defective within a reasonable time from purchase the company may be prepared to repair or replace them after the goods are reurned to the company.
The company does not however give any recompense for accidental damage to the goods after delivery to the customer for any reason including misuse or lack of care or if the enclosed manufacturer's instructions are not adhered to in any way.
